LOG INTO THE PLATFORM
How do you get into the event? It's as easy as a 1-2 punch! Check your email the morning of Oct. 5 for login details. To access the event, you must log in with the email you entered during registration. The event link and login information will be included in the email. You'll be able to log in starting at 8 AM PT where our DJ will get you pumped for the day.
Once you're logged in, optimize the way you view the event on your screen. Adjust your browser viewing settings so that the PINK LINES are visible on your screen.
SET YOUR PROFILE IMAGE
It's time to personalize! Add a face to your name so other attendees, exhibitors and speakers can see your photo and get to know you.
Instructions to upload profile image:
1. Go to the upper right-hand corner and click on the Settings icon .
2. Click "Edit Registration Info".
3. Scroll down to "Profile Image". Click "Choose a File" and select an image file from your computer or phone.
4. Hit "Submit" and voilà - your profile image is uploaded. 😊
USE THE NAVIGATION BAR
Explore the platform with the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. By clicking on the icons, you will be able to access each room including the Lobby, Auditorium (sessions & agenda), Exhibit Hall, Prize Terrace, Promenade of Fun, and More Experiences! rooms. Start a 1:1 private text or video chat by searching for your friends in the chat box and any items you save will be in your Virtual Goodie Bag briefcase. This is where you will also find the Help Desk in case you have any questions along the way.
YOUR BRIEFCASE IS YOUR NEW EVENT BAG
Remember the days of picking up flyers and information while exploring the Exhibit Hall? We do too which is why we've created a "Virtual Goodie Bag" briefcase for you to use just like your event bag. As you visit exhibitors and the C.A.R. booths in the Exhibit Hall or attend the sessions, add informational one sheets, flyers, slide deck presentations and other key resources to your virtual goodie bag by clicking the briefcase icon next to the item. When you're ready to access the items you've saved, click on the briefcase icon in the bottom navigation. From there, you can choose to email them, share to social media and download directly to your computer.
Click on the Help Desk icon in the bottom navigation for any questions you may have about the conference program, how to use the platform or for any tech issues. A live team member will assist you and answer your questions.
CHAT IT UP
Stay connected with your friends and grow your circle meeting other attendees by using the chat feature in the navigation bar. Start a private 1:1 or group conversation by searching an attendee name in the chat window. Don't forget to also join the event networking chats located in the Rooftop Networking Lounge.
Are items on your screen cut off? Make sure to adjust your zoom % in your device’s browser settings! Go to your browser's settings and zoom in or out for the best user experience.
