Ricky Leung is a Southern California real estate professional, dual licensed as a certified residential appraiser and sales associate with First Team Real Estate. With more than 20 years of experience in valuation, consulting, and client advisory, Ricky built a reputation for accuracy,
insight, and trust while managing high-value portfolios and leading complex real estate assignments. In 2013, he founded ACM Enterprise, a valuation and consulting firm specializing in unique and high-value properties, following a decade with Bank of America.
Most recently, Ricky earned his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall
School of Business, which helped advance his career in real estate consulting and sales. In 2025, he was named a finalist for RISMedia’s Real Estate Rookie of the Year, recognizing his ability to
