Cancellation Policy:
No transfers, substitutes or name changes allowed.
No downgrades.
No refunds for "NO SHOWS” for any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event of illness of participants, loss of employment, or travel-related problems.
Anyone over 18 needs to wear a badge, which will be provided at the event.
Due to safety regulations, baby strollers/carriages are NOT permitted on the exhibit floor. We do permit children but no strollers.
Admissions to all conference sessions, keynote lunches, and feature presentations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Recording devices are prohibited in the educational programs.
C.A.R. reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
Attendee grants C.A.R. the right to use Attendee’s name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.
Attendee expressly assumes, and releases C.A.R. and its affiliates from all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation, presence or sampling of any products at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease or from any sampled products) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.
All participants, including speakers, attendees, media, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff are expected to adhere to this code of conduct policy. Failure to exhibit respectful, collaborative behavior may result in removal from the event without warning, no refund, and/or future bans from attending or exhibiting at the REimagine! Conference & Expo.
